I'm Not Okay

I absolutely love this picture. Another great piece from my favourite Flipnoter/dA artist.

Now;
For this picture, I think that it's a bit too sketchy, while other places are really smooth. His right red ear seems a bit stiff and un-natural.

Those purple things in the background are too vague. I'd like to know what they really are, unless they were there as a bland interpretation of something.

A quick suggestion would be to make his coat look a little bit dirtier, but I don't know what exactly you were going for, so I can't really say.
